Photos from 6th and 7th Feb

6th Feb - A Public Holiday.

A day to wash clothes. Its drizzling outside.

Washing machine is a top-loader. In a cupboard. With a dryer hanging on the wall above it.

Don't get many of them in Europe you know. Takes ten minutes for me to work out that I need to hit the switch labelled "Vent" before the stuff gets powered on.

Fill with washing. Add powder (from nice sachet that was sitting on top of the machine). Hit the "Power" button and select "Normal" and then "Start". Seems too simple...

Washing machine Look. In a cupboard! Look. In a cupboard!

7th Feb - Saturday - Steve does a barbeque. Disaster strikes.

Steve has offered to cook for me. He has offered to barbeque some meat products.

He promises no pasta and no burnt garlic bread.
